HOURS
OF OPERATION: The medical spa is open Tuesday/Thursday
10-7, Wednesday/Friday 9-6 and -Saturday 10-3. We are
closed Sunday and Monday.
SCHEDULING:
We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to
ensure your preferred time and service are available. Appointments
can be scheduled with the reception desk by calling 480-361-2660.
A deposit is required when treatments are scheduled. All deposits
are non-refundable. When booking services a major credit card
will be necessary to reserve your appointment and will be
charged 50% for that service. Consultations are $30.00
and charged at time of appointment setting, the fee can be
used towards your first service.
ARRIVAL: Please
arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure
a relaxing experience at Blush Medspa. Late arrival will result
in your service time being limited.
LATE CANCELLATION
& NO-SHOW POLICY: We realize emergencies occur
and will be understanding if a last minute change arises;
however, we reserve the right to charge full treatment price
for missed appointments without a 24-hour notice. No-shows
will be charged $50.00.
PRICES: Prices
are subject to change without notification. Discounts are
available for a series of treatments such as Vibradermabrasion,
Genesis, Titan, Pearl, Laser Hair Removal and IPL Photo Facial.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local
checks and cash are acceptable forms of payment. Payment is
due upon receipt of services provided.
GRATUITIES:
We are committed to providing exceptional service by our knowledgeable
and expertly trained medical staff. Tips are not accepted
at our medical spa.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Blush Medspa offers each guest the opportunity to relax in
a tranquil setting. We appreciate you turning off your cell
phone, speaking quietly while in the spa, and finding care
for children and pets prior to your appointment.
PERSONAL VALUABLES:
Please leave your valuables at home. We cannot be responsible
for loss or damage of personal property.
RETURN POLICY:
It is not always possible to predict how the skin will respond
to skin care products. Should a reaction occur, it will be
necessary for you to consult with your skin care therapist
prior to product exchange or return. Exchanges or returns
must be made within 15 days of purchase and are for spa credit
only. No refunds on services, however exchange for other
like services will be considered.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Customized gift certificates make an ideal gift for any occasion
and can be used towards any treatment, program or package
